Porsche – Driving Mad
Minimal weight, maximal power, back leading wheels – what else is needed for a real racing car? However this car is not only made for auto races – the racing track would not be the only place where it would look good.
I’m sure it would be the greatest of pleasures to drive that piece of magic along the streets in your town and on highways, feeling all the faces of by-passers watching you glide away (ok, the first greatest pleasure would be GETTING that car). I have seen these cars in their hometown – Stuttgart, they look awesome.
I’m talking about “Porsche 911 GT Turbo.” This is a greater modification of “Porsche 911 (977) Turbo” classical coupe. Attention, “Ferrari” and “Lamborghini”! This cute “German” is a deserved competitor for the world known Italian brands in all the aspects.
The new sports car is made according to all the rules. As I already mentioned the car has back leading wheels and 6 speed gear box and in addition to that it is faster than the previous models, thanks to its lighter weight, which was decreased to 1440 kg. Because of this modifications the car is now harder to control and is appropriate only for really experienced drivers.
Other statistics: V6 motor, 3.6 liter working volume, 530 horse-power, 680 N/m torque. The maximal speed is also impressing – 206 m/h (0-50 m/h in 3 seconds!).
The style is nearly the same as that of ’911 Turbo’ with little alterations. Also the interior of the car is luxurious with the main accent on leather. You feel like a king in that car and actually you have to be as reach to buy it. This pleasure would cost about 200.000 dollars. So, start saving money!
