New Honda NSX For 2010

New Honda NSX For 2010Honda NSX fans waited for its debut at this year’s Tokyo Motor Show but alas for them, it was not shown. Now Honda has confirmed that the next-generation NSX will return in 2010.

So far, little is known about the NSX. However, Honda did unveil the Acura Advanced Sports Car Concept in Detroit earlier this year and a production version was expected for Tokyo. What is known is that it will feature an all new V10 and is expected to be more of a luxury GT than the high-tech supercar as the previous model was.

In its post eGMCarTech included American Honda President’s and CEO’s speech.

We are developing it without any delay, so most probably we will have it in the period we already promised, says American Honda President and CEO Tetsuo Iwamura says, adding that means the car will arrive in 2010. The original date for the NSX was set in the timeframe of 2008-2009 by Honda’s CEO, Takeo Fukui.

We all waited for the new Honda NSX and were disappointed when it was not shown at Tokyo motor show, but as we know it’s better late than never. At the same time, this delay is good as it means I can save some money in time for when it finally arrives.
