Bugatti Veyron: The Fastest, Most Expensive In The World
We all like supercars, but there is one that we almost everyone dreams of seeing in the streets. For those of you that can’t guess which one, it’s the Bugatti Veyron by Volkswagen. Three years have past since it was first shown at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show, but it still doesn’t have any competition although this might change next year when the Koenigseg CCXR debuts. For now, the only car which comes close to the Veyron in terms of speed is the Pagani Zonda F.
Volkswagen planned to sell five hundred Veyrons in five years, each of them for $2 million. There are also rumors that a Bugatti Veyron 2 might appear in the near future costing just $3 million. It’s hard to imagine. I mean, if it goes any faster it will be a rocket. Even the current Veyron and its V16 engine allows it to reach 409.7km/h and there’s so much fascination with this vehicle that football player, Ronaldo, can be seen competing With the Veyron in the following video.
According to PLANET APEX, the most expensive car in the world still remains the 1930 Bugatti Type 41 Royale at a staggering enormous $8.7 million.Photo: © Gaira House
