2012 Kia Rio Economy Sedans
Kia Rio has always been a contender among budget sedans. Since Peter Schreyer came to this Korean brand their cars started to look better from generation to generation. Anytime you see a new Kia rolling on the streets you certainly you simply enjoy watching it. The new 2011 Kia Rio is a fine proof to that statement. The only part of the car that could have been better is the radiator grill. It is going to be a torture to clean that one.
The disadvantage is so minor it was probably not worth mentioning. The body of Kia Rio sedans is slightly different for corresponding trim levels with Prestige and Premium levels having some cool elements. Even the radiator grill is a little different on those levels. At the same time you may find 15 inch disks even on the Comfort and Luxe levels, which may also be referred to as the base models. Those models of Rio sedans have all capabilities to please their owner by providing air conditioning, two safety air bags, disk brakes, ABS, an emergency braking alert system and an overall comfortable car interior. All in all the new Kia Rio has 4 trim levels with 7 modifications.
This is not the car that you would call dynamic….well that is not its primary destination, as it is still considered an economy class car. When using the manual transmission there is no much difference between the 1,4 and 1,6 models, but when you switch to the automatic transmission the difference becomes obvious. The handling of this car is also not the best due to the extra soft dampers, although that is not a major problem even on the difficult turns. Kia Rio goes ok on corrupted road, so don’t be afraid to damage it. When looking into the car interior you may not find hints of economy class, as it provides all the comfort of budget sedans.
