Bathurst 12-Hour Race OIr Lucky Len Cave
Driving a car fast of course results in increased adrenalin, but when you are participating in the Bathurst 12-Hour Race and have driven already for nine hours, adrenalin or not, it’s best to take a rest otherwise you might end up like Len Cave.
As Auto Blog reports Cave’s car flipped over almost 10 times.
Cave put a wheel wrong nine hours and 42 minutes into the event, slid sideways and then flipped over 10 times many of which were in mid-air before coming to rest on what’s left of his wheels. Soon after the initial impact the entire engine, transmission and front suspension were ripped out of the car, bursting into flames as they hit the ground.
Just watch the video, I’m sure you’ll watch it again and again.
