Best And Worst Selling Cars Of 2007
It’s always customary to end each year with awards and top ten lists, and auto manufacturers are no exception. So, thanks to MSNBC, let’s take a look at this year’s best selling cars.
1. Ford F-Series
2. Chevrolet Silverado
3. Toyota Camry
4. Honda Accord
5. Toyota Corolla/Matrix
6. Honda Civic
7. Chevrolet Impala
8. Nissan Altima
9. Dodge Ram
10. Honda CR-V
And, of course, there’s also the top ten of the worst selling cars:
1. Cadillac XLR
2. Mazda B-Series
3. Isuzu Ascender
4. Jaguar X-Type
5. Jaguar S-Type
6. Audi A8/S8
7. Porsche Boxster
8. Lexus SC430
9. Isuzu i-290/370
10. Jaguar XJ
I have to admit that I was a little surprised when I saw Audi’s A8/S8 and the Porsche Boxter in the list of the worst selling cars, and not least because they’re both really good cars with good performance and handling.
Of course, the lists don’t mean that cars on the worst selling list are not worth their price, but just that for some reasons consumers didn’t take them up in large numbers.
Everything is a matter of taste, and cars in these lists are not an exception.
